Consumption

 

  1. When to consume Glyken?
    Glyken is best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.
  2. How often to consume Glyken?
    We advise to consume one sachet a day, however, one may consume more than one according to preference.
  3. What is the quantity in each box?
    Each box contains 4 small boxes of 7 sachets, 28 sachets in total. Each sachet is 5g.
  4. What is the nutritional value per sachet intake?
    For every gram of Glyken birdnest, it contains 116mg of sialic acid, as compared to 0.5mg per gram in traditional birdnest. Our extract - Active Glycoprotein Peptide, contains 18 groups of amino acids, all vital and beneficial for body’s processes.

  1. How do I know if my order is placed successfully?
    Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation with your order details. Do check your spam folder if you did not receive the email.

 

 

Delivery/ Shipping

 

  1. Do you ship worldwide?
    No, We currently do not ship worldwide.
  2. Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
    Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address.
  3. What is the delivery time for my order?
    Your order is expected to be delivered within 1 -2 working days after receiving order confirmation.
  4. What are the delivery and shipping charges?
    Available delivery modes include:
    Self-collection - Free
    Local Courier (1-2 working days) - SGD$12

  5. Can I have my order delivered to PO Boxes?
    Please note that we do not deliver the products to PO Box addresses.

 

 

Cancellation/ Changes

 

  1. Can I cancel or make changes to my order if it has not been shipped yet?
    Your order will be processed immediately upon successful payment, hence we will not be able to cancel or change your order. Should you require a change of delivery address/method. You can make the changes via the SMS/Email delivery link you receive.
  2. Why is my order cancelled even though I have received a successful order confirmation email?
    Your order may have been cancelled for reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, we will notify you by email on the follow-up process.

 

 

Payment

 

  1. What form of payment method do you offer?
    We accept both Paypal and credit card payments. We do not accept cash on delivery.
  2. Can I still pay by PayPal if I don't have a PayPal account?
    Yes, you can still make payment by PayPal as a guest even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Alternatively, you can sign up as a PayPal user at www.paypal.com prior to placing an order.
  3. Is there a minimum order value?
    No, there is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small orders.
