Returns & Exchange Policy - Local Returns Policy
- All returns must include a completed Merchandise Return Form (Please note that returns without a completed MRF will be subjected to delays.)
- Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Product must not be opened and in their original packaging Please note that Local Delivery charges are not refundable.
- Please remove or cover any original mailing address label or shipping barcodes from package if using the original packaging for the returns.
- Please use a trackable delivery method for the returns and keep the tracking details for your records. Glyken shall not be responsible for packages that are not successfully delivered to us.
- Delivery costs pertaining to all returns shall be borne by the customer. Sale items cannot be returned.
- If you return a product that does not meet the requirements for returns set above, we reserve the right to reject the return and request for a refund.
- If we receive your package within the timeline specified above, please allow 14 working days for us to process your returns and determine that the product(s) meet our returns policy.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be made within 30 - 45 days.
- If payment was made with your debit card or credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.
- If payment was made via a bank account or PayPal balance, payment will be refunded back to the same PayPal balance.
- Refunds are in the same currency and at the same conversion rate at the original payment.
